Booking Appointments

• How to Book: Appointments can be booked through our online booking system available on each service page.

​

• Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or message once your appointment is successfully booked. Please review the details to ensure everything is correct.

​

• Advance Booking: It is recommended to book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

​

Payment

​

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other major payment methods as listed on our website.

​​

• Full Payment: The full balance is due at the time of your booking. 

​

Rescheduling and Cancellations

​

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any additional charges, subject to availability.  Rescheduling is available through the link you receive in your confirmation email.

​

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will forfeit the session fee.

​

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your reading time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

​

• No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, full session fee will still apply with no option for refund.

​

Refunds

• Once services are rendered, refunds are not available.  Refunds will be available if appointments are cancelled in at least 24 hours in advance only.

Online Readings

​

• Technical Issues: For online tarot readings, please ensure you have a stable internet connection. In case of technical issues, contact us immediately to reschedule.

​

• Privacy and Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. All online readings are conducted in a secure and confidential manner. Recordings of sessions will only be made with your consent.

​

Health and Safety

• In-Person Readings: For in-person readings, we adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both clients and readers.

​

• Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if your reader is unwell.
